Providing Support to Education Leaders

pfp leadership fellows

The Leadership Initiative is a statewide effort to provide support to education leaders responsible for administering programs and services for students with disabilities. Special education administrators need to be knowledgeable about effective programming for students with disabilities, as well as special education law.

Our theme is “Achieving Balance: Managing Compliance, Leading Improvement.” Ensuring that programs and services conform to federal and state regulations while improving student results is a critical component of our work scope.
